In accordance with Regulation No. 2016/679 on the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (hereinafter: GDPR), Mobile Motion Lab Kft. handles your personal data as follows:

Definitions (according to GDPR)
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); a natural person can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as name, number, location data, online identifier or one or more factors relating to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person can be identified.
Health data: personal data relating to the physical or mental health of a natural person, including data relating to the health services provided to the natural person, which carries information about the natural person’s health.

Consent of the data subject: the voluntary, concrete and clear declaration of the will of the data subject based on adequate information, by means of which the data subject indicates by means of a statement or an act clearly expressing the confirmation that he gives his consent to the processing of his personal data.

What personal data do we process? What is the purpose of our data management?
In the course of our operation, we manage general personal data (name, place of birth, time, mother’s name, address, e-mail, telephone number) and data on your health status. We use the general personal data you provide for identification, establishing a contractual relationship, fulfilling the contract, invoicing, and implementing subsequent communication. In the framework of the performance of the contract, we perform an analysis of the state of your locomotor system, as a result of which we generate data that supports medical decision-making. This is typically done for preventive health or occupational health purposes, to assess the employee’s ability to work, establish a medical diagnosis, determine therapy, provide health or social care or treatment (GDPR Article 9 (2) point h) or for the purpose of scientific research based on legislation (GDPR Article 9 (2) point j)).

Which organization manages your personal data?
Your personal data is handled by Mobile Motion Lab Kft. (headquarters: 1038 Budapest, Blanka köz 4/C.); company registration number: 01-09-328259; tax number: 26398756-2-43; statistical number: 26398756-9604-113-01) is managed. We do not use a contracted data processor to manage and store your data. Your data will not be transferred abroad.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?
We process your data based on your express consent (Article 6 (1) point a) and Article 9 (2) point a) GDPR). This also applies to your data published with your expressed intention of disclosure (GDPR Article 9 (2) point e)).

How long do we process your data?
Since invoicing data is also generated during the use of our service, due to the accounting rules for the preservation of receipts, we keep your data for 7 years. The retention period may be extended by an additional 3 years due to the enforceability of a legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6 (1) point (f)).

What rights do you have in connection with data management?
Right of access: you can request information about what kind of data we process, for what purpose, for how long, where the processed data comes from, and to whom we pass it on. Correction: if your data changes or we recorded it incorrectly, you can request that it be corrected, corrected, or clarified. Deletion: in cases defined by law, you can request that your data processed by us be deleted. Restriction of processing: in the cases defined by law, you can request that data processing be restricted. Objection to processing: if, based on the above, we process your data based on legitimate interest, you can separately object to this processing based on legitimate interest. You can also object to data processing for profiling purposes. Data portability: by filling out a data portability request, you can request the portability of your data, by exercising this right, we will release your data as defined by law, or transfer it to another designated organization based on your special request and authorization. What is the technical background of personal data management?
We store your personal data in the cloud and on our own central server. During use via the web, we use small programs, so-called cookies, on your device to use your browsing and location data to learn about your interests, personalize and improve the user experience, send personalized offers, and advertise published. These data are not provided by you, but are collected by us during the use of the website. No automated decision-making regarding your personal data will take place. In the event of a data protection incident, we will take protective measures in accordance with the law and notify you of the fact and consequences of the incident.
